Our subsea observatory system is purposely made for marine researchers who are looking to collect optical data of offshore underwater locations over an extremely long duration.

This subsea imaging system has a corrosion-proof 4K camera that is able to stream live video via IP Ethernet. In a cabled observatory, the camera is a multiplexer control sensor that collects timelapse 4K and HD video clips and high resolution digital stills using the scripting function in the open-source API. Many of our observatory subsea camera systems, deployed by our marine observatory clients, have been in ongoing autonomous operation for many years.
