The Submarine Escape Training Facility (SETF), also known as the Submarine Escape and Rescue Centre (SERC), is a facility used by submariners to train in the techniques needed to escape from a submarine in trouble.
The system consist of an integration complex building Structure, Diver Simulation System, Wet Chamber, Equipment and Machinery room, Winches, Control system and Bell handling system.
The system is for training of real life situations such as surface abandonment, Dissub Survival exercises, Escape Training, Recue Training, Equipment testing, Command and control as well as survival training.
