Compatibility:
The UWC-425 cameras are fully compatible with all consoles equipped with the OTI-1080-4NX DVR, which entered production in mid-August 2023. Systems built after this date or featuring this DVR are plug-and-play ready.
HD Consoles built between 2020 and August 2023 require a 6200 Overlay with no adapter cable. The correct option under “Add Overlay” is (6200). The 6200 plugs into the 15 pin D-sub connector and plugs into the DVR with and a RCA cable. The defining characteristics of these consoles are a 15-pin D-sub connector and the OTI-1080-4C DVR.
Older consoles with a 15 pin D-sub connector can still utilize these advanced cameras but will require an additional cable adapter and a 6200 Overlay. The correct option under “Add Overlay” is (6200+Cable Adapter).
